My own healing path - and the frustration I felt as a practitioner studying countless methods that only offered partial relief. Everything helped a little, but nothing touched the deep, permanent transformation I knew was possible.

I’ve spent years walking alongside clients - high-capacity, emotionally strong people who are exhausted, burnt out, anxious, or just quietly carrying the weight of the world. I’ve listened to their pain. I’ve felt the strain of trying to live in a go-go-go world while longing for peace, presence, and true relief.

So I created Inner Reset Sessions to offer exactly that:

A place to land. A place to be held.

A way to release everything you’ve been carrying without needing to talk through your past, explain your trauma, or do more mindset work.

A little more about me:

I currently live in Phoenix, Az with my husband and my two daughters.
I love my kiddos an incredible amount and am often found playing around in life with them. I was a nanny in college so I thought parenting would be easy for me. It is not. It is one of the most rewarding and at the same time, challenging commissions of my life. I see you fellow parents out there. We are in this together.
I am the second oldest of five daughters- all of my sisters are so talented. I consider us to be the sister version of the fab five. They are my best friends and I feel lucky to have them in my life.
I was raised in a religious cult. and I spent the first 25 years of my life following rules for how to live from outside sources that were quite literally suffocating my soul. I was told who I was supposed to be, how to look, how to dress, how to eat, and who I was meant to marry.
At 26, I fell into life coaching because the certification was required for my new job. At that same time, I unwittingly opened up my psychic gifts and energetic sensitivity by attuning myself to reiki out of a book. Needless to say, life got real interesting from there.
I love and cherish the awkward moments in life that make me laugh at myself and others. I tend to walk myself into them quite often. Ask me about how I accidentally ended up on a TV show special once.
I lived abroad in Spain and Mexico and I speak very very rusty Spanish but I love the way the Hispanic culture celebrates life so very much.
I have a love affair with coffee and reading fiction.
I was a salsa dancer and performer in my early 20’s. I still take dance classes every Thursday for fun.
Writing is one of my other true loves in life. I write poetry and am currently working on a book.
My sensitivity is both one of the greatest gifts of my life and has also been the greatest teacher of how to connect to my own power and embody my fullest potential and happiness.

I believe in the power we all have inside and the absolute wonder of what life has to offer us when we open up to our own magic and claim what our soul is dreaming up for us.
