Preparing for your session

It is important to come to all sessions hydrated and well rested.

Please be sure that you are in a quiet, undisturbed setting and put all devices (phone, apple watch, etc.) on do not disturb during session times.

If you are using a phone to connect to zoom, be sure that you have a space in front of you to prop it up so that I can see you clearly and you do not have to hold it during the call.

Although the sessions will be an hour or so in length, the healing will be working on multiple layers (physical, mental, spiritual, emotional), dimensions, realities, and timelines. It will work very quickly to shift and recalibrate your system. It is helpful to stay open minded to how much we can change in each session and allow whatever is in your highest good to come to fruition.

Before your session, I invite you to set a clear intention about what you wish to gain from our time together. When you set a clear intention, the energy shifts to align you with receiving what you want to create. Setting a clear intention not only tells the Universe exactly what you’re calling in, but it also keeps your energy and attention focused on your experience. Take a few minutes to reflect on this, and clearly set an intention for the session.

Remember that once you sign up for a session, the energy we are working on will start to move so you may receive insights, integrations, and shifts days or hours before the session starts. This is because the energetic world does not conform to the physical restrictions we have placed on time here and the work we are doing together is also on a soul level.

I believe that complete honesty is the way to have the clearest relationship with my clients and also create the most effective results. My style is very direct but also gentle and compassionate. Although, I will be sharing intuitive information and guidance in sessions, I honor all of my clients as being the experts in knowing what they need for their own growth. Please always feel safe to share if something does not resonate with you.

When we work within the physical body, we are moving through certain charges and triggers that are set in your nervous system. I will usually have you hold the charge as I release it. This can be very intense. If it ever feels like it is too much for you, please let me know. We can always soften the intensity of the charge to a more comfortable level and it will not negatively affect your results.  

It is always best to set aside time after a session to give your system time to integrate. If possible, try not to schedule anything too close to the end of a session. At least 30 minutes would be ideal.
